Tim has over a decade experience in the healthcare innovation space where he helped grow and lead a global consortium of healthcare organizations interested in connecting around methods and projects. Tim was the Director for Innovation & Design at Dignity Health, where he focused on organizational capability building around the intersection of Human-Centered Design and Lean Six Sigma. He also served as a member of the Adventist Health Innovation Council for three years. A common thread through all his work is his eye toward design, incorporating engaging communications, graphic and media design into projects.

In a freelance capacity, Tim worked with a wide range of clients over the years to help develop brand, marketing, and communications strategies and creative.

He recently joined the the Silicon Valley software company, VMware where he’s focused on communications and innovation culture within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer.
